Situated in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent and within easy reach of the court centres of Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire & beyond, we offer traditional barristers' services in a modern and progressive way.
For over 25 years we have provided expert advice and representation in a wide range of practice areas, including family,
crime and common law.
We are committed to delivering a personal service which is friendly, plain speaking and always remains focused on the needs of our clients.
For more information just get in touch.
The rules that govern lawyers have changed and many members of Regent Chambers are now able to accept instructions from the public without the need to first instruct a solicitor.
This can have a number of advantages, in particular clients can directly access the expert advice and representation provided by a barrister, at lower cost.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange a free consultation so we can assess whether your case is suitable for public access representation.
Covid-19 Update : Contingency measures
Due to the on-going implications of the coronovirus crisis we have closed our office until further notice - effective from Friday 20 March.
Our staff will be mostly working from home but we have systems in place that should ensure the level of service remains consistently high.
We can still be contacted via the usual telephone number or email addresses.
Our barristers are able to use Video Link and Conference Call facilities as required by either the client or court.
We will also continue to maintain a periodical presence at our premises throughout the working week, although conferences within chambers will not take place until further notice.
Digital files will be easier to work with safely but please call or email to arrange the delivery or collection of hardcopy documents or case files if required.
Alternatively continue to use the DX system if this is available, as we will be monitoring incoming DX.
Further updates will be released as matters develop. Please contact us with any questions.
Regent Chambers wish the very best to all during this uncertain period.
