Frederick appears for both the prosecution and the defence in cases before the Crown and Magistrates' Court. He has experience in a broad range of matters from violence, dishonesty, the supply of drugs and all sexual offences, including rape and marital rape matters. He is a preferred 

advocate in the prosecution of Domestic Violence matters. 

 

Frederick has acted in a number of cases involving DEFRA prosecutions.

 

His family work has concerned residence/contact issues and injunctive relief. He appears for respondents in child care cases. He is a trained mediator and heads up Staffordshire Mediation which runs in conjunction with Regent Chambers.

 

Frederick provides representation in Personal Injury cases, in addition to written advice regarding merits & quantum. He has advised in road traffic, trip/falls and work accidents. He also appears in C.I.C.A applications and appeals.

 

Landlord & Tenant cases have focused on anti-social behaviour, unlawful evictions and contract disputes. He appears for Housing Associations' on injunctive relief and possession matters.

 

Frederick is a member of the Criminal Bar Association, Child Concern and, via ADRg, the Family Mediation Council.
