Facilities
Conferences can take place in our conference suites but can also be arranged at solicitors' offices, a court building or other convenient locations. If necessary and suitable we are happy to conduct a conference over the telephone. We are able to arrange conferences outside of normal office hours (including weekends if required). Legacy technology such as audio tape, CD, DVD and last generation digital file playing devices can be made available with notice.

Disabled Access
All conference facilities are situated on the ground floor and although there is a single step we can provide ramp access if required. For the visually impaired escort assistance can be arranged. Disabled parking spaces are available in the public car part next to chambers, around 25 metres from the building entrance. The what3words location for spaces is 'cliff.fresh.lovely'.

Information Technology
The clerk's room operates OneAdvanced 'Meridian' management software. Individual email addresses are shown on tenant profile pages. The criminal team uses CJSM secure email in addition. Instructions by secure email are welcome.
Card Payments
Secure payments can be made by debit or credit card using WorldPay, the UK's largest provider of payment servces.

Video Conferencing
A dedicated video conference suite is available for out-of-area clients wishing to conduct conferences via CVP, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or other VoIP packages by arrangement.

Video Hearing Suite
We have recently opened a designated Video Hearing Suite equipped with larger monitors and video camera and microphone facilities. Hearings can also be conducted using the court's Cloud Video Platform.
