In regular appearances before the Crown and Magistrates' Court, Mark has represented both the defence and prosecution. Matters before the Crown Court have included the defence of a leading case under 'Operation Ore' (indecent internet images of children), sexual assault, public justice and offences against the person.

He has a good working knowledge of computers and has a specific interest in Information Technology work, including data protection, computer misuse and domain name disputes.

As accredited immigration counsel Mark has extensive experience before the Asylum & Immigration Tribunal in cases concerning asylum, immigration, bail & deportation.

Mark's family work involves residence/contact, injunctions and divorce.

Personal injury experience includes providing written advice regarding merit and quantum, and representation at subsequently contested cases.

Mark undertakes contentious Probate matters and issues in respect of Powers of Attorney, offering both formal advice and advocacy.
