Frederick appears for both the prosecution and the defence in cases before the Crown and Magistrates' Court. He has experience in a broad range of matters from violence, to dishonesty and the supply of drugs. He has acted in a number of cases involving DEFRA prosecutions.

His family work has concerned residence/contact issues and injunctive relief.

Frederick provides representation in Personal Injury cases, in addition to written advice regarding merits & quantum. He has advised in road traffic, trip/falls and work accidents. He also appears in C.I.C.A applications and appeals.

Landlord & Tenant cases have focused on anti-social behaviour, unlawful evictions and contract disputes.

Frederick is a member of the Criminal Bar Association and Child Concern.
