Craig has experience in all areas of personal injury, including accidents at work, tripping & slipping cases and road traffic accidents (some concerning low velocity impact and credit hire claims).

He has represented both claimants and defendants at multi-track, fast-track and small claim trials, and provides written assessments of merits and quantum, and the drafting of pleadings.

Craig has experience of breach of contract claims, sale of goods and consumer credit cases. He has also acted in a variety of chancery matters, in particular cases featuring insolvency and trusts of land. Issues regarding costs and enforcement have regularly been part of his work.

Craig undertakes housing disrepair cases and accepts instructions in all areas of immigration practice.
