Client Care

As part of our commitment to providing an excellent service we operate a number of policies designed to ensure efficiency, open communication and professional standards. These policies include provisions for the prompt consideration of received briefs, the timetabling of work to be done, client feedback and a complaints procedure. Clients instructing Regent Chambers for the first time will receive written details of the Client Care Policy, and a copy can be provided at any time by contacting the clerking team.
